We offer flexible rental periods, from a single day up to several months. Whether you need a pram for a long weekend, a travel cot for two weeks, or a high chair for a few months while you're settling in, we can accommodate you. Longer rentals come at a reduced daily rate.

Absolutely. Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked before and after each rental. We use baby-safe cleaning products and inspect all parts, including straps, buckles, frames and fabrics, to ensure everything meets European safety standards. You can rent with complete peace of mind.

Yes! We offer delivery and collection within Basel. Check the current delivery details in our online store at checkout. We can deliver to your hotel, Airbnb, or home address in Basel. Please add your address and preferred delivery time in the notes at checkout.

We stock equipment for newborns right through to toddlers (around 4 years old). Our strollers range from fully-flat newborn-compatible models to more upright toddler pushchairs. Each product listing in our store clearly states the compatible age and weight range so you can choose with confidence.

Normal wear and everyday use is completely fine. We don't charge for minor marks or scuffs. For significant damage (e.g. a broken frame, torn harness, or bent wheel), please let us know as soon as possible. We handle these situations fairly and transparently. Yes, extensions are usually possible subject to availability. Contact us before your return date and we'll check whether the item is free for the additional days you need. We recommend reaching out a couple of days in advance so we can plan accordingly.

All payments are processed securely through our online store. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as other methods supported by our payment provider. Payment is taken at the time of booking in Swiss Francs (CHF).

We understand plans can change, especially with a baby! Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a partial charge. Full details are set out in the rental terms at checkout.
